Scope of Works
- Attend piling contractor
- Install pile caps, lift core and crane bases
- Install drainage system including deep sewer connection
- Sheet piling along boundary with existing PH5 block
- Construct RC basement works with consideration to constraints on logistics and working alongside the River Thames
- Manage tower cranes, lifting plans
- Construction of 2no RC frames, of 16 and 19 floors
- The RC Frames include complex falsework designs for the external beam and column details on the river elevation
